Master Drew Hayes:
28 years experience in the Martial Arts, Holds a 4th Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do (Korean Fighting Art ) under Grand Master D.W. Drumm (KIOA). Holds a 5th Degree Black Belt in Fusen Ryu Jujitsu (Japanese Grappling Art) from the United States JuJitsu Federation. Fought Professionally for the International Shootfighting Association and The United States Sport JuJitsu Association with a MMA record of 22wins - 2 loses - 1 draw. Master Hayes has a Bachelors’ Degree in Education from Rowan University and is currently employed by the Mantua Township Police Department (N.J.) as an Officer in the patrol division for the last 10 years. He combined his Martial Arts training and his Police experiences to developed and instruct a self defense course for law enforcement officer’s called Tactical Response Officers Training (T.R.O.T) under the National Tactical Officers Association. The course is available at the New Jersey County Police Academies.

Mr. Kirt Galliano:
20 years experience in the Martial Arts, Holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do under Grand Master D.W. Drumm (KIOA). Holds a 1st Degree Black Belt In Tae Kwon Do and is Kukkiwon Certified Instructor. Mr. Galliano Owns / Operates the UMAA Haddonfield School and has been CEO of the Kickin’ Flips Pre School Fitness Program serving the Burlington, Gloucester, and Camden County areas for the past 15 years (Over 13,000 students have benefited from his programs).
Mr. Jason Eckert:
15 years experience in the Martial Arts, Holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do under Grand Master D.W. Drumm (KIOA). Mr. Eckert has been Instructing at the USA Karate Centers in Voorhees N.J. and helps teach / run the UMAA Haddonfield School for the past 10 years. He also Owns / Operates the Gloucester County Kickin’ Flips Pre School Fitness Program for the past 5 years.
Mr. Jake Levy:
15 years experience in the Martial Arts, Holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do under Grand Master D.W. Drumm (KIOA). Holds a Purple Belt in Fusen Ryu JuJitsu from the USJJF under Sensei Drew Hayes. Mr. Levy has been instructing at the UMAA Westville School for the past 5 years. He earned a Bachelors’ Degree in Science from the College Of New Jersey and helps run the family business with his father.
Mr. Brian Sykes:
8 years experience in the Martial Arts, Holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do under Grand Master D.W. Drumm (KIOA). Holds a Yellow Belt in Fusen Ryu JuJitsu from the USJJF under Sensei Drew Hayes. Mr. Sykes has been instructing at the UMAA Westville School for the past 3 years and also teaches at the UMAA Haddonfield School for the last 6 months. He also teaches at several Kickin’ Flips Pre School Fitness Program’s in the Camden and Gloucester County areas for the past 2 years.
UMAA Fusen Ryu (Japanese Grappling Art) Instructors :
Mr. Kenny Stinson:
15 years experience in the Martial Arts, Holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Fusen Ryu JuJitsu from the USJJF under Sensei Drew Hayes. Mr. Stinson helps teach / run the UMAA Westville School for the past 5 years. He has won many Grappling and Amateur MMA tournaments over the past decade and is a respected strength and conditioning coach. Mr. Stinson earned a Bachelors’ Degree in Kinesiology from West Chester University. He is currently employed by the Lower Makfield Township Police Department (P.A.) as an Officer in the patrol division for the past 5 years. Mr. Stinson help create / develop the TROT program for NJ and is actively seeking approval for the program to be accepted in P.A.
Mr. Robert Petroski:
12 years experience in the Martial Arts, Holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Fusen Ryu JuJitsu from the USJJF under Sensei Drew Hayes. He has been instructing at the UMAA Westville School for the past 5 years. Mr. Petroski is employed by the New Jersey State Department Of Corrections for the past 8 years and is assigned to Trenton State Prison. He is a certified TROT instructor and teaches the program to the Department Of Corrections Law Enforcement Community. |
